Method

  1. In a large skillet cook green beans in hot oil over medium heat for 18-20 minutes until crispy-tender and lightly browned, using a spatula to gently lift beans occasionally to prevent them from sticking.
  2. Meanwhile, shred 1 tsp. of lime peel. Cut lime in half. Add lime peel to beans.
  3. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
  4. Lightly season beans with sea salt, drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
