Method
- In a large skillet cook green beans in hot oil over medium heat for 18-20 minutes until crispy-tender and lightly browned, using a spatula to gently lift beans occasionally to prevent them from sticking.
- Meanwhile, shred 1 tsp. of lime peel. Cut lime in half. Add lime peel to beans.
- Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
- Lightly season beans with sea salt, drizzle with lime juice and serve immediately.
