Ingredients
- Whole pineapple 1
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 4 cups

Method
- Cut skin off of pineapple, quarter and slice fruit to be 1/4-1/2 inch thick chunks.
- Add ½ of the pineapple to the blender, 1/2 cup of sugar and 2 1/2 cups of water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a wire mesh strainer, strain into pitcher (It may be necessary to tap side of strainer to help the juice filter out).
- Dispose of pulp.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and repeat the process.
- Serve immediately on ice
