  • Oranges (peeled & sliced) 2
  • Bulb Florence fennel 1
  • Red onion sliced into thin rings 1
  • Black pepper
  • Dressing:

  • Orange Juice 1
  • Balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp.

Method

  1. Arrange the orange slices in the bottom of a shallow dish.
  2. Place a layer of fennel on top and then add a layer of onion.
  3. Mix the orange juice and vinegar together and drizzle over the salad.
  4. Season with pepper, garnish with fennel fronds, and serve.
