  • Rice vinegar 1 tbsp.
  • Toasted sesame oil 3/4 tsp.
  • Rea salt 1/4 tsp.
  • Pepper 1/8 tsp.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp.
  • Sugar substitute 1/8 tsp.
  • English cucumber (unpeeled & thinly sliced) 1
  • Scallions (thinly sliced) 3

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and sugar In a larger bowl, toss together cucumber and scallions.
  2. Add the vinaigrette.
