- Rice vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Toasted sesame oil 3/4 tsp.
- Rea salt 1/4 tsp.
- Pepper 1/8 tsp.
- Crushed red pepper flakes 1/8 tsp.
- Sugar substitute 1/8 tsp.
- English cucumber (unpeeled & thinly sliced) 1
- Scallions (thinly sliced) 3

- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, sesame oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and sugar In a larger bowl, toss together cucumber and scallions.
