Ingredients
  • Diced Tomatoes 10 Cups
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Sauted Onions
  • Garlic 1 heaping tbsp
  • Basil Paste 3 tbsp
  • Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Cups
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 2 tsp

W tomato soup! Creamy and delish :)

Method

  1. Cook diced tomatoes on medium heat until very soft.
  2. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a non stick pan.
  3. Add one diced large onion, sauté until tender.
  4. Blend 4 cups of tomato mixture in a blender.
  5. Add sauted onions, one heaping tbsp of garlic, 3 tbsp basil paste.
  6. Add 1 tspn red pepper (Optional).
  7. Blend the remaining tomatoes then boil with 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, 3 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder
