Ingredients
- Diced Tomatoes 10 Cups
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Sauted Onions
- Garlic 1 heaping tbsp
- Basil Paste 3 tbsp
- Heavy Whipping Cream 2 Cups
- Salt 3 tsp
- Garlic Powder 2 tsp

Method
- Cook diced tomatoes on medium heat until very soft.
- Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a non stick pan.
- Add one diced large onion, sauté until tender.
- Blend 4 cups of tomato mixture in a blender.
- Add sauted onions, one heaping tbsp of garlic, 3 tbsp basil paste.
- Add 1 tspn red pepper (Optional).
- Blend the remaining tomatoes then boil with 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, 3 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder
