Ingredients
- Fresh mushrooms 8 oz
- Onions (chopped) 4 small
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Vegetable broth 2 cups
- Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Nutmeg 1/4 tsp

Method
- Cut the mushrooms into slices.
- Take olive oil in large frying pan. Add in onions, and mushrooms. Cook until onions are soft.
- Blend in 2 tbsp flour and stir.
- Add in chicken broth and heat until slightly thickened while stirring frequently.
- Stir in milk with additional 1 tbsp flour and seasonings.
- Add in milk to soup. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently.
