- Cranberries (thawed if frozen) 3 1/2 cups
- Unsweetened cranberry juice 1 3/4 cups
- Honey 2-3 tbsp.

Method
- Place the berries and juice in a blender and process until smooth.
- Add the honey and process again until combined.
- Taste and add more honey, if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and serve.
