Ingredients
- Cauliflower (fresh or frozen) 2 heads
- Butter 1 stick
- Corned beef desired amount
- Your favorite shredded cheese 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Xanthan Gum
Note:Add more Xanthan Gum to reach desired thickness.

Method
- Boil the cauliflower in a few inches of water.
- Add 1 stick of butter.
- Add 1 cup of grated cheese.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
- Pressure cook corned beef for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Trim and slice
- Add Xanthan Gum.
- 1/4 Tsp per cup of liquid drippings to thicken.
