Ingredients
  • Cauliflower (fresh or frozen) 2 heads
  • Butter 1 stick
  • Corned beef desired amount
  • Your favorite shredded cheese 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Xanthan Gum

Note:Add more Xanthan Gum to reach desired thickness.

Method

  1. Boil the cauliflower in a few inches of water.
  2. Add 1 stick of butter.
  3. Add 1 cup of grated cheese.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  5. Pressure cook corned beef for 45 minutes to an hour.
  6. Trim and slice
  7. For the gravy

  8. Add Xanthan Gum.
  9. 1/4 Tsp per cup of liquid drippings to thicken.
