  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Lime juice 3 tbsp
  • Honey 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Cantaloupe ( chopped) 1 1/2 cups
  • Honeydew melon (chopped) 1 1/2 cups
  • Apple cider 1 cups

Method

  1. Puree orange juice, lime juice, honey, half the cantaloupe and half of the honeydew in a blender.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop the remaining melon. Stir into puree.
  3. AStir in cider.
  4. Keep cool until ready to serve.
