Ingredients
- Grated cheddar cheese 2 lbs
- Green chilies (save juice) 2, 4 oz cans
- Eggs (well beaten Paprika) 12

Method
- Grate one half of the cheese into bottom of 9×13 baking dish.
- Put the chilis on the cheese. Add the rest of the grated cheese.
- Beat eggs and add chili juice.
- Pour over cheese/chili mixture in a baking dish.
- Dust with paprika. Bake at 350degree for 35-45 min.
- Cut into small squares. May be frozen, but should be warmed slightly in the oven after thawing so that they’re not mushy.
