  • Grated cheddar cheese 2 lbs
  • Green chilies (save juice) 2, 4 oz cans
  • Eggs (well beaten Paprika) 12

Method

  1. Grate one half of the cheese into bottom of 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Put the chilis on the cheese. Add the rest of the grated cheese.
  3. Beat eggs and add chili juice.
  4. Pour over cheese/chili mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Dust with paprika. Bake at 350degree for 35-45 min.
  6. Cut into small squares. May be frozen, but should be warmed slightly in the oven after thawing so that they’re not mushy.
