- Romaine lettuce 2 cups
- Fresh spinach greens 1 cup
- Fresh ripe tomato, diced 1/4
- Grilled chicken breast chopped 1 lean
- Fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup
- Green bell pepper, slice 1/3

Method
- Add in a bowl: romaine lettuce, fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell pepper.
- Mix them
- Add the chicken
- Add the dressing: 1 tbs of lemon juice, 2 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of aceto balsamico, bit of salt & pepper
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl with your favorite approved dressing and enjoy.
