  • Romaine lettuce 2 cups
  • Fresh spinach greens 1 cup
  • Fresh ripe tomato, diced 1/4
  • Grilled chicken breast chopped 1 lean
  • Fresh mushrooms, sliced 1/4 cup
  • Green bell pepper, slice 1/3

Method

  1. Add in a bowl: romaine lettuce, fresh spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and bell pepper.
  2. Mix them
  3. Add the chicken
  4. Add the dressing: 1 tbs of lemon juice, 2 tbs of olive oil and 1 tbs of aceto balsamico, bit of salt & pepper
  5. Toss all ingredients in a bowl with your favorite approved dressing and enjoy.
