- Whole fennel seeds 1 tbsp.
- Cardamom seeds 1 tbsp.
- Small cinnamon sticks (small pieces) 2
- Almond/rice milk 1 cup
- Agave 1 tsp.

Method
- In a saucepan, stir together first 4 ingredients.
- Add 1 Tbsp. milk to the mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and steep for 3 minutes.
- Strain and stir in agave.
- Serve warm or over ice
