  • Tomatoes (peeled, seeded & chopped) 4
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
  • Fresh parsley 1 oz.
  • Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp.
  • Ice Cubes 6
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Chopped fresh parsley to garnish

Method

  1. Place the carrot juice, tomatoes, and lemon juice in a food processor and process gently until combined.
  2. Add the parsley to the processor along with the ginger and Ice Cubes.
  3. Process until well combined, then pour in the water and process until smooth.
  4. To serve, pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
