- Carrot juice 1 cup
- Tomatoes (peeled, seeded & chopped) 4
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
- Fresh parsley 1 oz.
- Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp.
- Ice Cubes 6
- Water 1/2 cup
- Chopped fresh parsley to garnish

Method
- Place the carrot juice, tomatoes, and lemon juice in a food processor and process gently until combined.
- Add the parsley to the processor along with the ginger and Ice Cubes.
- Process until well combined, then pour in the water and process until smooth.
- To serve, pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
