Ingredients
- Bell Pepper 1
- Poblano peppers 2
- Egg Things 1 package
- Beef Bouillion 4 cubes
- Beef 4 lb
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Beef Broth 2 cups
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
- Oregano Leaves 1/2 tsp

Method
- Place beef inside Instantpot along with 2 cups of beef broth and 4 Bouillon cubes.
- Add Oregano, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Salt.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- In a separate Pan add sliced peppers and butter, sautee until soft.
- When the beef is ready, remove from Instantpot and set to side. Add remaining drippings to the pepper pan, shred meat and add as well.
- For the Au Jus: Add 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum to broth, blend until thickened.
- Heat cauliflower round with a piece of provolone cheese until it melts, add toppings and enjoy!
