  • Bell Pepper 1
  • Poblano peppers 2
  • Egg Things 1 package
  • Beef Bouillion 4 cubes
  • Beef 4 lb
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Beef Broth 2 cups
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oregano Leaves 1/2 tsp

For a Delicious Lunch/Dinner!

Method

  1. Place beef inside Instantpot along with 2 cups of beef broth and 4 Bouillon cubes.
  2. Add Oregano, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Salt.
  3. Cook for 45 minutes.
  4. In a separate Pan add sliced peppers and butter, sautee until soft.
  5. When the beef is ready, remove from Instantpot and set to side. Add remaining drippings to the pepper pan, shred meat and add as well.
  6. For the Au Jus: Add 1/2 Tsp Xanthan Gum to broth, blend until thickened.
  7. Heat cauliflower round with a piece of provolone cheese until it melts, add toppings and enjoy!
