- Eggs 2
- Mayo 2 tbsp
- Salsa 2 tbsp
- Ground Sausage 1/4 pound
- Shredded Cheese 1/4 cup
- Crepini Egg Wraps with Cauliflower 2

Note 1: - Crepini Egg Wraps can be found at Walmart or most local grocery stores.
Note 2: - You can leave out the sausage and the salsa for a yummy treat during the soft food stage.

Method
- Brown sausage on high heat.
- Beat 2 eggs with fork, add egg to sausage and stir.
- Add cheese, reduce heat and cover for 1 minute.
- Spread mayo on open egg wrap.
- Take cheesy eggs and sausage and place inside egg wraps.
- Add salsa, fold like a taco and enjoy!
