  • Eggs 2
  • Mayo 2 tbsp
  • Salsa 2 tbsp
  • Ground Sausage 1/4 pound
  • Shredded Cheese 1/4 cup
  • Crepini Egg Wraps with Cauliflower 2

Note 1: - Crepini Egg Wraps can be found at Walmart or most local grocery stores.

Note 2: - You can leave out the sausage and the salsa for a yummy treat during the soft food stage.

Method

  1. Brown sausage on high heat.
  2. Beat 2 eggs with fork, add egg to sausage and stir.
  3. Add cheese, reduce heat and cover for 1 minute.
  4. Spread mayo on open egg wrap.
  5. Take cheesy eggs and sausage and place inside egg wraps.
  6. Add salsa, fold like a taco and enjoy!
