- All purpose flour 1 ½ cups
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder 2 teaspoon
- Vanilla almond milk 1 cup
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Butter 2 ½ tablespoon
- Maple syrup ¼ cup

Method
- Combine dry ingredients and mix slightly.
- Add milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Do not over mix, butter should be slightly lumpy.
- Heat pan on stove, when pan is hot, add butter and pour butter into.
- Pan to be the size of your desired pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface.
- Carefully flip pancakes with turner/spatula and cook until golden brown.
- Add your favorite maple syrup and enjoy.
