Ingredients
- Ground pork (mince) 1 lb.
- Roasted peppers (rinsed & chopped) 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander or cilantro 1/3 cup
- Ground cumin 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder 1/2 tsp
- Sea salt 1/2 tsp
- Juice from one small lime
- Toppings — tomato, onions, pickles, etc.

NOTE:
These burgers can be made a day ahead and refrigerated until ready to cook.

Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Form mixture into 3-4 equal sized burger patties.
- Grill. Preheat the grill. Grill burgers on each side about 7-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and meat is no longer pink in the center.
- Pan Fry and Heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Cook burgers on each side about 5-7 minutes until cooked.
- Add toppings of choice and enjoy, Done!
