Ingredients
  • London broil beef/flank steaks. 4 lbs
  • Black pepper. 2 tsps
  • Chilli powder. 2 tsps
  • Garlic powder. 2 tsps
  • Cayenne pepper. 2 tsps
  • Onion powder. 2 tsps
  • Liquid smoke. 1 tsp
  • Soy sauce 1/2 cup
  • Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 cup
  • Frank’s red hot sauce. 1/2 cup

Method

  1. First, trim all the fat off the meat then cut the steaks into thin 4 inch strips.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined then refrigerate covered overnight.
  3. In cookie sheets lined with foil, arrange the steak strips.
  4. On a preheated oven to 150°F bake for 6 hours turning halfway through.
  5. Freeze for storing or eat within a few days.
