Ingredients
- London broil beef/flank steaks. 4 lbs
- Black pepper. 2 tsps
- Chilli powder. 2 tsps
- Garlic powder. 2 tsps
- Cayenne pepper. 2 tsps
- Onion powder. 2 tsps
- Liquid smoke. 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1/2 cup
- Worcestershire sauce. 1/2 cup
- Frank’s red hot sauce. 1/2 cup

Method
- First, trim all the fat off the meat then cut the steaks into thin 4 inch strips.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined then refrigerate covered overnight.
- In cookie sheets lined with foil, arrange the steak strips.
- On a preheated oven to 150°F bake for 6 hours turning halfway through.
- Freeze for storing or eat within a few days.
