  • Large avocados 2
  • Mayo 1 tbs
  • Diced onion 1/4 cup
  • Diced tomato 1/4 cup
  • Minced cilantro 3 tbs
  • Juice of limes 1-2
  • Large garlic cloves (crushed) 2
  • Mild chili powder 1 tsp.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cut the avocados in half.
  2. Remove the pits and skin and discard.
  3. Place the avocado flesh in a bowl, mash till desired chunkiness or smoothness is reached.
  4. Mix in other ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
