- Large avocados 2
- Mayo 1 tbs
- Diced onion 1/4 cup
- Diced tomato 1/4 cup
- Minced cilantro 3 tbs
- Juice of limes 1-2
- Large garlic cloves (crushed) 2
- Mild chili powder 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Method
- Cut the avocados in half.
- Remove the pits and skin and discard.
- Place the avocado flesh in a bowl, mash till desired chunkiness or smoothness is reached.
- Mix in other ingredients and serve with tortilla chips.
