I keep GSE handy in case of a flare up. The bottle I had at home was expired, so I ordered it to replace the expired bottle. I find it very helpful and curative when things get out of hand. I travel frequently and always carry it with me. I wouldn’t be without it. Thankfully I have not needed it!

Works well. Very nice to have natural choice that is effective.

I have purchased these from Rachel’s Tea for around seven years. They work. I took them every day during Covid and did not get it. We are the only house in our street that escaped it. I know one of the reasons was GSE Tablets daily. I also ensure I take them if I get a flare up niggle

I took antibiotics when first diagnosed with diverticulitis but after the entire course still had pain. I did some research and found GSE which took care of the pain in two days so now I use GSE drops in inner fillet aloe juice and liquid diet when cramps start and within a couple days I’m better. Once while traveling I had a bad attack but had my aloe and GSE with me, stopped for liquids at a store and started them on the road and though it took longer they still worked without having to go to the doctor when we got back. So GSE is always with me!

We use GSE in our sinus rinses as well whenever we get a cold or allergy attack. My husband used to get a few infections every year and had to take antibiotics. Ever since using GSE with his rinse (he's never taken it orally), no sinus infections. Awesome natural alternative.

Take 2 every morning and my stuffy nose is better in the mornings as I suffer from sinus infections and do not want covid again so I hope it helps keep it away.

Thank you for introducing me to this product even though I knew about it I had never tried it before reading about it in your book . I have been struggling with various minor infections due to suffering from Long Covid, working in the garden and dealing with my community work. But adding GSE to my daily regimen and watching my food intake has helped me recover from much of the pain and stiffness as well as the sore throat and rear infection without the need for antibiotics or drugs of any kind. thank you. again. Only thing that works for me when I have a flare up!

During a recent mild flare I decided to switch from liquid to capsule GSE. So easy. Much easier to manage while traveling too!

Loved it. Helped a lot.

My wife and I both use GSE every morning. I put it in my first cup of coffee and in her 4 oz glass of orange juice. So far we have remained healthy throughout this Chinese Covid Virus. We are both over ages 75.

We simply love all the products we have ordered so far- the tea, the GSE, Slippery elm and the peppermint oil. I would strongly recommend the GSE. Not only have we used it since my son was diagnosed with Crohns desease last April (and has not had a flare up) but we also have used it to combat a bladder infection and ear infection. When my gut feels out of sort or I have pains in my digestive system, this product really seems to help. I take 10 drops as needed 2x a day and drink Rachel’s Tea. I’m appreciating the other products as well and often use the peppermint oil gels.

As I read all the reviews everyone seems to use a different number of drops, 15, 8 and Rachael says 20. How do you know how many drops to take, would more drops work better than less? I have been using 12 when the cramps start because that’s what a lot of people on Earth Clinic use would more drops like the 20 work faster? Does anyone know how many drops are safe to take a day?

I love GSE, as soon as I feel the cramps I start with aloe juice with GSE drops three times a day. I see a lot of people take it everyday which I didn’t know was ok. If you use it all the time will it still work as well when you need it? I would also like to know how to use it for colds and flu, how much and how often? I never know how long to use it after the cramps are gone, anyone know?

I feel like the diverticulitis is heal. Had gut pain for several months. Now now sign of it and no pain.

I put 8 drops in my coffee every morning and start the day off right!

I take the liquid and find it is fine in something like apple juice. I always wondered why I got empty gel caps in my order and after watching the video I know. Not for me hate swallowing pills, capsules etc.

I was wondering what is in your grapefruit seed extract I cant see a list of ingredients
