  • Water 1/4 cup
  • Cream of tarter 1/4 tsp
  • Sea salt 1/4 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Medium tomato, chopped 3 tbsp
  • Zucchini, chopped 3 tbsp
  • Small onion, chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green pepper, chopped 3 tbsp

Method

  1. In a skillet, add butter and all vegetables (Note: You can add any veggies you like from the W list here) and sauté veggies until tender.
  2. Beat eggs until they start to get fluffy.
  3. Fold veggies into eggs and place in a greased pie tin
  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins
