Ingredients
- Eggs 4
- Water 1/4 cup
- Cream of tarter 1/4 tsp
- Sea salt 1/4 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Medium tomato, chopped 3 tbsp
- Zucchini, chopped 3 tbsp
- Small onion, chopped 1 tbsp
- Green pepper, chopped 3 tbsp

Method
- In a skillet, add butter and all vegetables (Note: You can add any veggies you like from the W list here) and sauté veggies until tender.
- Beat eggs until they start to get fluffy.
- Fold veggies into eggs and place in a greased pie tin
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins
