Ingredients
  • Corned Beef Cook yourself or Buy prepared
  • Deli cheese 6 Slices
  • Water 2 Cups
  • Horseradish Dressing 1/2 Tsp
  • Sauerkraut (variety without any added sugar) 1/4 Cup

These cheese shells are great for any sandwich and you can use different kinds of cheese too!

Method

  1. Put corned beef into instant pot and add 2 cups of water.
  2. Pressure cook corned beef for 35 mins.
  3. Set aside the juice to use for gravy.
  4. Cut The corned beef against the grain.
  5. Set a parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  6. Place deli cheese and bake at 350 degrees until edges are golden.
  7. Remove extra oil by patting down cheese with a paper towel.
  8. Place corned beef on cheese then add horseradish dressing and sauerkraut.
  9. Roll or fold into a sandwhich.
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
