Ingredients
- Corned Beef Cook yourself or Buy prepared
- Deli cheese 6 Slices
- Water 2 Cups
- Horseradish Dressing 1/2 Tsp
- Sauerkraut (variety without any added sugar) 1/4 Cup

These cheese shells are great for any sandwich and you can use different kinds of cheese too!
Method
- Put corned beef into instant pot and add 2 cups of water.
- Pressure cook corned beef for 35 mins.
- Set aside the juice to use for gravy.
- Cut The corned beef against the grain.
- Set a parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- Place deli cheese and bake at 350 degrees until edges are golden.
- Remove extra oil by patting down cheese with a paper towel.
- Place corned beef on cheese then add horseradish dressing and sauerkraut.
- Roll or fold into a sandwhich.
- Serve and Enjoy!
