Ingredients
  • Grated Cauliflower 1 Cup
  • Ground Turkey 2 Pounds
  • Ground Pork Sausage 3/4 Pound
  • Chopped Onion 1 Large
  • Parmesan Cheese 1 Cup
  • Sugar free BBQ Sauce 1/2 Cup
  • Dry Basil 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic Powder 2 Tsp
  • Italian seasoning 1 Tsp
  • Eggs 3

This recipe makes two pans of meatloaf easily.

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  3. Pull the meal out.
  4. Uncover and coat top with more sugar free BBQ Sauce.
  5. Bake for additional 40 minutes.
  6. prep time 30 mins, cook time 1 hour
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
