This burrito is super easy and so, so good!

Method

  1. Cook black beans to warm them up.
  2. Put them into a blender and make bean purée.
  3. Heat your burritos slightly.
  4. Spread some of the purée down the center of the burrito.
  5. Top the purée with some grated vegan cheddar.
  6. Add a little Sriracha.
