- Eggs 4
- Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoons
- Mustard 1 Teaspoon
- Salt To taste
- Pepper To taste

A fun way to make an easy grab and go snack!
Method
- Boil eggs for 7 mins and remove from heat until cool enough to peel.
- Peel the eggs.
- Slice the eggs into pieces.
- Mix the mayo and mustard with the eggs.
- Mash it.
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Don’t forget the lettuce!
- Enjoy!
