  • Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoons
  • Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt To taste
  • Pepper To taste

A fun way to make an easy grab and go snack!

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 7 mins and remove from heat until cool enough to peel.
  2. Peel the eggs.
  3. Slice the eggs into pieces.
  4. Mix the mayo and mustard with the eggs.
  5. Mash it.
  6. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Don’t forget the lettuce!
  8. Enjoy!
