Ingredients
- 1 can Salmon 15 oz
- Olive oil 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp.
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Method
- Drain and pick over salmon and crumble in a bowl.
- Add the oil, salt and pepper and mayo.
- Beat into the salmon until you have obtained a smooth, evenly blended mixture.
- Great dip for Celery.
