Ingredients
- Flour (unbleached) 1 ¼ cup
- Oats (rolled) 1 cup
- Brown sugar (packed) ½ cup
- Cocoa (unsweetned) ⅓ cup
- Baking powder 1 tbsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Bananas (ripe, smashed) 1 cup
- Vanilla almond milk ⅓ cup
- Margarine (melted) 5 ⅓ tbsp
- Vanilla 1 tsp

These muffins are so simple to make & will hit the spot when it comes to those chocolate cravings!
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In one bowl mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, unsweetned cocoa, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Mix together and set aside.
- In another bowl mix together bananas, almond milk, margarine, and vanilla.
- Mix together.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir until just moistened. DO NOT OVER MIX
- Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean.
