Ingredients
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
- Stevia 1/2 tbsp
- Fish sauce 1 tbsp
- Garlic, minced 5 cloves
- Peanut or canola oil 3 tbsp
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- Beef tenderloin 1-1/2 lb (cut into 3/4" pieces)
- Medium yellow onion 1 (sliced into 1/4" thick wedges)
- Chopped salted peanuts, toasted 3 tbsp
- Scallions,(both green & white parts) 2 (thinly sliced)

Asian Style Beef!
It's quick and super yummy.
Method
- Mix soy sauce, lime juice, stevia and fish sauce; stir for 2 minutes.
- Mix the garlic, 1-1/2 teaspoons of the oil, and 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper.
- Season the beef with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1-1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat until shimmering hot.
- Add half of the beef until well browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip to the other side.
- Transfer to a medium bowl. And repeat with the remaining beef.
- Cook the onion and add garlic mixture.
- Mix beef and juices
