  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
  • Stevia 1/2 tbsp
  • Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced 5 cloves
  • Peanut or canola oil 3 tbsp
  • Kosher salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Beef tenderloin 1-1/2 lb (cut into 3/4" pieces)
  • Medium yellow onion 1 (sliced into 1/4" thick wedges)
  • Chopped salted peanuts, toasted 3 tbsp
  • Scallions,(both green & white parts) 2 (thinly sliced)

Asian Style Beef!
It's quick and super yummy.

Method

  1. Mix soy sauce, lime juice, stevia and fish sauce; stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix the garlic, 1-1/2 teaspoons of the oil, and 1-1/2 teaspoons pepper.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat 1-1/2 teaspoons oil over medium-high heat until shimmering hot.
  5. Add half of the beef until well browned, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip to the other side.
  6. Transfer to a medium bowl. And repeat with the remaining beef.
  7. Cook the onion and add garlic mixture.
  8. Mix beef and juices
