Met Rachel by chance in the airport just when my daughter was having a major flair up w her Crohn’s. Rachel immediately sent her some tea and told me about the book. My daughter and I read the book and she started the diet. She went from being in the emergency room bc of her pain to being pain free in a matter of weeks. Recipes are not for someone that has Celiac, Crohn's and Diverticulis

I was disappointed in the recipes because they were not for someone with Celiac disease. Also, there was so much conflicting information in the book. I had been on this type of diet in the past and it didn't seem to heal the gut. I have always been extremely careful with everything I eat and in combinations as well.
