Had been taking GNC"s Tri-flex for years for joint pain, decided to try this. Have been using for 2 weeks with no increase in joint pain, so it appears to be working. Also, I have never had fingernails that were not splitting and breaking all the time. That also has changed. Hoping this will continue to improve with time.

I know nothing about this. Is this known to have any potential negative side effects? Is this the best to improve hair & nails, or can you suggest something better? I'm taking a multi, and all of the supplements suggested in Pain Free Foods. Losing huge quantities of my hair... formerly thick and full. I'm guessing age-related (69). Need suggestions, please.

MSM

I have been using this MSM for about two years, specifically due to hair loss. I am convinced it has helped significantly with regrowth which has been a huge relief for me. My nails also grow faster. I know it is good for my joints as well.
