Issues: Bloating, meal stagnation, inability to burp or pass gas.
Use: Place one or two capsules in mouth with mouthful of water. Bite the capsules until they break open, swish and swallow.
Concerns: To some people peppermint oil is strong and may make you cough, especially if you inhale through your nose during swallowing… avoid this. If you have a small throat or are prone to coughing or choking, simply take the capsules without breaking them in your mouth.
