Works great!

My inflation is down, and I can see my ankles again. I still have some swelling in my hands, but it is best it has been for years and years. I can't move so much easier, and my knees are not as swollen. I can't swallow the pill, but I open it and put it in with my breakfast. There is no taste, so it works great. It seems a shame to pay for the pill capsule when all I really need is the powder and a measuring scoop.
