Good Product

I have had many diverticulitis attacks, 3 of which landed me in the hospital! (Once they figured out they weren’t heart attacks, they just left me alone to cry.) I dont know if it is working or not but I take it religiously every morning. I am pretty regular and the only thing I have noticed different is the frequency of elimination has increased. So as far as I know it is working. Let me know what other signs I need to watch for. GF

The best PROBIOTIC ever!

I just came off a 7-day antibiotic, but was very concerned with my Microscopic Colitis acting up. So I took 2-3 capsules of the Probiotic during the 7 days and have continued with 2 per day after. I did not experience any issues with my Colitis!! I plan to go back to 1 per day soon, as that seems to be sufficient. Rachels tea a life saver

I have severe UC, including partial removal of my Colon. I try and follow the Eating guidelines and that has helped significantly. What I find the most beneficial is Rachels's TEA. I can drink a cup when I feel a problem coming on or in the middle of a flare-up and it soothes and calms down my gut.
I do use a probiotic but it is a probiotic prescribed as a medical food and is shipped refrigerated, one capsule has 112 billion and I will take a couple at a time and it really helps stabilize my gut. But the TEA is fantastic as well as the Grapefruit drops.

Gentle suggestion

I love the Berry Probiotic. I can't swallow large pills, so this works great. The only suggestion I have is to place 60 pills in the bottle, so I have one for each day for two months. It appears that is all I really need, and I order on a subscription so it would make the math easier for me to keep track of that I have enough.
