Cook Time
  • Medium peeled and shredded potatoes 2
  • Diced onions 1/2 cup
  • Diced green bell pepper 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/8 tsp
  • Olive oil 5 tbsp
  • Ketchup to taste

  1. Rinse potatoes before shredding.
  2. Shred and without rinsing mix in diced onion and green pepper.
  3. Add olive oil to pan and heat, once oil is hot put potato shreds in.
  4. Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on top. On low heat allow the hash browns to cook until golden brown.
  5. Flip and allow the same for the other side. Remember not to make them too thick or the potatoes in the middle will not cook properly.
