- Medium peeled and shredded potatoes 2
- Diced onions 1/2 cup
- Diced green bell pepper 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/8 tsp
- Olive oil 5 tbsp
- Ketchup to taste

This healthy, homemade muesli makes a great start to your day!
Method
- Rinse potatoes before shredding.
- Shred and without rinsing mix in diced onion and green pepper.
- Add olive oil to pan and heat, once oil is hot put potato shreds in.
- Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on top. On low heat allow the hash browns to cook until golden brown.
- Flip and allow the same for the other side. Remember not to make them too thick or the potatoes in the middle will not cook properly.
