- Orange juice 1 cup
- Lime juice 3 tbsp
- Honey 1 1/2 tbsp
- Cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped 1 1/2 cups
- Honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and chopped 1 1/2 cups
- Apple cider 1 cup

Method
- Puree orange juice, lime juice, honey, half the cantaloupe and half the honeydew in a blender.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Finely chop the remaining melon.
- Stir into puree. Stir in cider.
- Keep cool until ready to serve.
