Ingredients
- Sherry (port/marsala wine) 2 tbsp
- Chopped asparagus 1 cup
- Thinly sliced carrot 1/2 cup
- Chopped green onion 1 cup
- Sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup
- Yellow, red or orange bell pepper 1 cup
- Canola oil
- Vegetable broth 1/4 cup
- Cornstarch 1 tbsp
- Agave 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Dash cayenne pepper
- Long grain rice

Method
- Prepare 2 cups long grain rice according to package directions.
- Stir together sauce ingredients in a bowl; set aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add sherry, and vegetables. Stir constantly 2-3 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Add sauce and stir an additional minute, until sauce thickens.
- Serve over rice.
