  • Paprika 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Ground cumin 1 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Sea salt 1 tsp
  • Cracked black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves garlic (minced) 3
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Roasting chicken 4 lb

Method

  1. In a large saucepan combine broth, chicken, undrained tomatoes, cabbage
  2. Onion, cauliflower, celery, green pepper, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, curry
  3. Ground cloves, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
  4. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  5. Cover; simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
