- Grated lemon zest 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper 1/4 tsp
- Thinly sliced fresh basil 2 tbsp
- Medium lemons (thinly sliced) 2
- Fresh basil (additional)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°. Place salmon in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with lemon zest, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons basil; top with lemon slices.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until the fish just begins to flake easily with a fork. If desired, top with additional basil.
