Method

  1. Wash and clean your veggies and cut them all. Set aside.
  2. Prepare your chicken by marinating them with oil salt and pepper or any seasoning that you like, let it sit about 15 minutes.
  3. Prepare non stick pan and add about 1 tbs of oil.
  4. Sizzle the chicken breast about 5 minutes each side, or turn a bit brown.
  5. Add the sliced chicken breast on top of the veggies and add the dressing
  6. Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.
