- Cucumbers (sliced) 7 cup
- Canning salt 1 tsp
- Onions (diced) 1 cup
- Celery salt 1 tsp
- Green peppers (chopped) 1 cup
- Sugar 2 cups
- Vinegar 1 cup

Method
- Mix cucumbers in salt.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- Drain. Mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour over cucumbers. Make 2 quarts.
- Keep for several months in ice box.
