Method

  1. Place blueberries in non stick pot and cook on low-medium for 15 mins or so.
  2. For each 1/2 lb of berries remove some juice as it cooks and mix about 1 tbs of corn starch into the juice and pour into mixture. You can always repeat this process to thicken so error on the side of caution.
  3. Simmer to thicken, let cool and put in fridge, it keeps well!
