  • Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 tbspn
  • Baking powder 1 tbspn
  • Butter 1 stick
  • Cream 1 1/4 heavy whipping

Method

  1. Mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tbspn sugar and 1 tbspn baking powder.
  2. Add one stick butter, 1 1/4 heavy whipping cream.
  3. Sprinkle the flour on dough, roll it to 1.5” thick.
  4. Place parchment on baking sheet then take a glass and dip in flour, press into the dough to make circles.
  5. Brush dough with melted butter on both sides.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes on 425 degrees.
