Ingredients
- Flour 2 cups
- Sugar 1 tbspn
- Baking powder 1 tbspn
- Butter 1 stick
- Cream 1 1/4 heavy whipping

Method
- Mix 2 cups of flour, 1 tbspn sugar and 1 tbspn baking powder.
- Add one stick butter, 1 1/4 heavy whipping cream.
- Sprinkle the flour on dough, roll it to 1.5” thick.
- Place parchment on baking sheet then take a glass and dip in flour, press into the dough to make circles.
- Brush dough with melted butter on both sides.
- Bake for 20 minutes on 425 degrees.
