Amazing guide for pairing foods to prevent issues with diverticulitis

I had no idea that pairing starch and protein could cause pain. The W chart confuses me as I have researched foods that might be problematic. Many of the W foods are listed in other research as causing pain if you suffer from diverticulitis. I will be careful with my portions as I make W choices when I eat.
