My answer for bloating

I always take my peppermint oil after a meal that may not settle right. It sooths my indigestion. I keep it in my pocket or purse always. I have shared Rachel’sTea with my sister and she cannot live without it. We are so grateful to have found these products and are getting to lo live happy normal lives. God led me to these products after my doctor left me hanging. We have to take charge of our health because the medical field doesn’t want us to get well, they just want to charge us for more tests, procedures and prescriptions. Pepperment Oil & Slippery Elm - Best Ever !
