- Whole raw chicken 1
- BBQ chicken seasoning 4 tbsp
- Olive Oil 6 tbsp

Method
- Clean Chicken and pat dry.
- Coat evenly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle Onion Powder.
- Take your favorite chicken seasoning, coat evenly.
- Set smoker to 250 degrees F.
- Place a tray of water.
- Smoke at 250 degrees F until 155 in the Center.
- Remove and stand about 30 minutes to seal the juices.
- Do a final check before eating internal temp, should reach 165 degrees F.
- Slice and enjoy!.
- This is a simple recipe that's a must try if you have a smoker! If not, you could use the oven and bake it at 350 until the internal temp is 155
- Remove and let rest until the internal temp reaches 165.
