- All-purpose flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Shortening 1/2 cup
- Ice Water 1/2 cup

Method
- Max 1 cup all-purpose flour and 1/2 tbsp. of salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of shortening ice water and mix.
- Slowly add 1/2 cup of ice water and mix.
- Dust counter and pie crust with flour to avoid sticking.
- Roll pie crust 1.5 inches larger than your pie dish.
- Using some of thumb and two fingers to pinch the crust along the edge of the dish.
- Poke some holes with a fork.
- Fill with desired pie filling and bake.
