  • Eggs 12
  • Deli ham (round) 12 Thin slices
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup
  • Diced scallions 1/2 Cup
  • Sea Salt Fresh cracked
  • Pepper Fresh cracked

Fun protein breakfast the whole family will love!

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. Lay a piece of ham in each hole creating a little ham cup.
  4. Crack one egg into each hole and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake the eggs for about 12 minutes…until the white is firm and the yolk is nice and runny.
  6. Carefully remove each egg from the muffin tin and top with grated cheese and scallions.
  7. Serve Hot!
