Ingredients
- Medium peeled and shredded potatoes ..2
- Diced onions.............................. 1/2 Cup
- Oats.............................................2 Cups
- Diced Green Bell pe....................1/2 Cup
- Garlic powder................................. 1/4 tsp
- Salt..................................................1/8 tsp
- Olive oil ......................................... 5 tbsp
- Ketchup ......................................to taste

This healthy, homemade muesli makes a great start to your day!
- Rinse potatoes before shredding
- Shred and without rinsing mix in diced onion and green pepper
- Add olive oil to pan and heat, once oil is hot put potato shreds in
- Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on top
- On low heat allow the hash browns to cook until golden brown
- Flip and allow the same for the other side
- Remember not to make them too thick or the potatoes in the middle will not cook properly
