  • Medium peeled and shredded potatoes ..2
  • Diced onions.............................. 1/2 Cup
  • Oats.............................................2 Cups 
  • Diced Green Bell pe....................1/2 Cup
  • Garlic powder................................. 1/4 tsp
  • Salt..................................................1/8 tsp
  • Olive oil ......................................... 5 tbsp
  • Ketchup ......................................to taste

This healthy, homemade muesli makes a great start to your day!

  • Rinse potatoes before shredding
  • Shred and without rinsing mix in diced onion and green pepper
  • Add olive oil to pan and heat, once oil is hot put potato shreds in
  • Sprinkle salt and garlic powder on top
  • On low heat allow the hash browns to cook until golden brown
  • Flip and allow the same for the other side
  • Remember not to make them too thick or the potatoes in the middle will not cook properly
