A delicious Flaky Pie Crust that's healthy! 

Method

  1. Max 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of shotening of ice water and mix.
  3. Slowly add 1/2 cup of ice water and mix.
  4. Dust counter and pie crust with flour to avoide sticking.

  7. Roll pie crust 1.5 inches large than your pie dish.
  8. Using some of thumb and two fingers to pinch the crust along the edge of the dish.

  10. Poke some holes with a fork.
  11. Fill with desired pie filling and bake.
