- All purpose flour 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Shortening 1/2 cup
- Ice Water 1/2 cup

A delicious Flaky Pie Crust that's healthy!
Method
- Max 1 cup all purpose flour and 1/2 tablespoon of salt.
- Add 1/2 cup of shotening of ice water and mix.
- Slowly add 1/2 cup of ice water and mix.
- Dust counter and pie crust with flour to avoide sticking.
- Roll pie crust 1.5 inches large than your pie dish.
- Take your thumb and two fingers to pinch the crust along the edge of the dish.
- Poke some holes with a fork.
- Fill with desired pie filling and bake.
