Ingredients
- Zucchini 4 medium
- Eggs 2
- Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
- No sugar added pasta/pizza sauce 1/3 cup
- A sprinkle of garlic powder
- A pinch of basil
- Your favorite toppings

Method
- Using a coarse cheese grater, slide the zucchini down the grater.
- Rotate the zucchini constantly, grating all sides, until you reach the seeds in the center and place in bowl.
- Add eggs, garlic powder, basil, parmesan cheese and salt.
- Using a clean cloth, wring excess water out of zucchini.
- Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Add Spaghetti sauce and your favorite toppings.
- Bake until cheese is melted and Enjoy!
Note: You can use any P or W ingredients you like, you don’t have to use just these.
