Ingredients
  • Zucchini 4 medium
  • Eggs 2
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • No sugar added pasta/pizza sauce 1/3 cup
  • A sprinkle of garlic powder
  • A pinch of basil
  • Your favorite toppings

Method

  1. Using a coarse cheese grater, slide the zucchini down the grater.
  2. Rotate the zucchini constantly, grating all sides, until you reach the seeds in the center and place in bowl.
  3. Add eggs, garlic powder, basil, parmesan cheese and salt.
  4. Using a clean cloth, wring excess water out of zucchini.
  5. Place on baking sheet with parchment paper and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Add Spaghetti sauce and your favorite toppings.
  8. Bake until cheese is melted and Enjoy!

Note: You can use any P or W ingredients you like, you don’t have to use just these.
